Last updated: 27 August 2026

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern sales of products made on the untitan.com website between the publisher of the site, hereinafter “the Seller”, and any private individual making a purchase, hereinafter “the Customer”. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Identity of the seller

[TO BE COMPLETED — registered company name], with its registered office at 14 Rue de Touraine, 44000 Nantes, France. Contact: contact.snowot@gmail.com. Full details appear in our legal notice.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and images are illustrative and do not form part of the contract. Products are offered while stocks last.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding any customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union. Delivery is free. The Seller may change prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is placed.

Article 5 — Orders

The Customer selects the products, checks the contents of the basket, enters their details and proceeds to payment. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of the prices, the descriptions and these Terms. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer.

The Seller may refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal, is made in bad faith, or is placed by a Customer with whom a dispute is ongoing.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online by card or through the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secure and handled by our payment provider; the Seller has no access to full card details. The order is processed once payment has actually been received.

Article 7 — Delivery

Delivery terms, zones and times are set out in our delivery policy. Under article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery has not taken place within 30 days, the Customer may cancel the contract and obtain a full refund of the sums paid.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a statutory period of 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty (article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The Seller voluntarily extends this period to 30 days. The details are set out in our returns and refunds policy.

Article 9 — Statutory guarantees

All products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, together with the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These guarantees apply irrespective of any commercial warranty granted.

Article 10 — Liability

The products comply with the French and European regulations in force. The Seller cannot be held liable for use that does not follow the instructions, poor maintenance, normal wear, or damage resulting from an event of force majeure.

Article 11 — Personal data

The data collected is necessary in order to process orders. Its processing is described in our privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 12 — Dispute resolution

Should a difficulty arise, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller at contact.snowot@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator (article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code) or use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 13 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
